After speaking to Carlson Gracie Jr I can confirm that Master Carlson Gracie passed away last night. This is a very sad time for me as he was my friend, instructor and mentor. I have always been proud to have passed on his style of Jiu-jitsu and it will live on through our academy here in Australia and with his other students around the world.

This is a very hard time for his family and students and my prayers go out to all especially my close friend Jr.

Rest now Master Carlson but you will be greatly missed.
