The academy has had a busy start to the year with several demonstrations and competitions, with some of the team competing in Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling and MMA with some great success. I have seen most of you back at training but a few (you know who you are) have yet to start the year with some good Jiu-Jitsu training. I have also had a sad time with the passing of Grandmaster Carlson Gracie in the last few weeks but I will endeavor to carry on his teaching with the help of his son Carlson Gracie Jr.

I will be holding an in house seminar for Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu students only on Saturday 25th March covering everything you need to know about applying an Armbar. See the attachment for details or give me a call if you have any questions. Please let me know if you are coming along so as I can work out numbers.
